A bit of the fun work I got the opportunity to do for Leo Burnett Sri Lanka.

Leo Art 2017

Appropriately, the main communications for the 8th instalment for the Leo Art exhibition held during the Fairway Galle Literary Festival was a long copy ad urging festival-goers to give a picture a chance at the festival of words.

The posters were printed on canvases and displayed on easels dispersed throughout the festival.

Head of People & Culture. Save Us!

With the open brief of creating a recruitment ad for a new Head of People and Culture at Leo Burnet, my copywriter and I set out to break away from the generic vacancy ad routine, armed only with an iPhone 6, and an agency full of weirdos.

We had everyone all the way from the Managing Director to our CEO on board- sadly we consulted with our regional head office Head of P&C, and we got a thunderous mail forbidding us from airing it. Bummer.

Another attempt to recruit a new Head of People and Culture developed alongside our new CCO attempted to communicate the importance of the job in guiding the agencies budding talents by utilizing the iconic Leo Burnett symbol- the apple. More specifically, it’s seeds.
